As its name implies, Yogalates is a blend of Yoga and Pilates.

 

Our Yogalates teachers create their own blends – incorporating the elements of both, to tone and strengthen your core muscles, improve your flexibility and calm your mind.

 

It gives you exercise, possibly lose weight and generally feel better.
