Core Yoga

Core Yoga is a highly specialized class designed to enhance the strength of the core muscles, both physically and spiritually. The class concentrates on improving the internal support and stability of the body through a range of postures that hone in on the central gravity of the body - such as inversions, for instance. As a result, Core Yoga can help to improve the overall health of the body, enhancing its core and foundation.
