Our session primarily focuses on stretching the hamstrings, calf muscles, and heels, ideal for individuals who engage in physical activities such as running, cycling, and climbing to alleviate muscle tightness and pain.

 

This class is also beneficial for individuals who suffer from back pain and stiff knees, as it promotes the establishment of a routine stretching practice
