This class is slow and gentle, taking you through a deep hip opening sequence, also to stretch your hamstrings (the muscles that make up the back of your thighs), calf muscles and the heels.


Good for runners, cyclists, climbers…to alleviate pain and tightness. Back pain sufferers and those with stiff knees will also benefit from a regular stretching routine.
