YIN YANG YOGA

Yin Yang Yoga is a class that combined the slow-paced “Yin” style and the dynamic “Yang” style in one class.

We will start the class in the “Yang” way - warm up the body with the sun salutation flow and different standing postures to boost your energy and strengthen your muscles. The second part of the class with being in the “Yin” way - focuses on gentle stretches for deep relaxations.

陰陽瑜伽

陽的練習是着重於身體各部位肌肉的控制力與肌力訓練,並提升心肺功能及新陳代謝;陰的練習則著重於肌肉伸展,釋放髖關節、脊椎周邊肌肉的緊繃,運用呼吸與放鬆的方式以進入深度的延展,藉由陰與陽兩種不同的瑜珈的練習,讓身體的能量逐漸趨於平衡及穩定。
