Yin Yang Yoga blends the slow-paced “Yin” and the dynamic “Yang” in one class.

We will start the class in the “Yang” way - warming up the body with sun salutation flow and different stand postures to help to boost your energy and strengthen your muscles. The second part of the class with being led in the “Yin” way - focusing on the gentle stretch to cool down your body. 

By combining the two styles of yoga, Yin Yang Yoga will relax and calm your soul, at the same time energize and tone your body.
