Jessie began her yoga journey to become a better version of herself, with a mission to help her students do the same. She focuses on alignment and self-awareness, making her classes fun, explorative, and safe. Jessie is excited to share her knowledge and beliefs with her students on the mat.
Jessie started practicing yoga in 2019 and became curious about the philosophy and science behind it. To deepen her knowledge, she completed the 200-hour transformation yoga teacher training course with Samrat Dasgupta in 2021. Outside of yoga, she is a sustainability practitioner and is passionate about contributing to society and the environment.
