Kaman started her yoga journey in 2004, back in the time when she was trained as an artist in photography and video art in the UK. First started "for fun" until she returned to HK in 2008, then she found yoga is the only way to balance her hectic work and became serious since then.
She believes practicing yoga is a lifelong journey - from physical health, mental tranquility to spiritual enlightenment.
Kaman leads classes from the heart and guides with her soul. You will find a sense of calmness from her sound and meditation class, also fun in her creative flow classes to keep your body energized & rejuvenate.
