WHEEL YOGA

The yoga wheel is a circular-shaped prop that allows you to further improve your flexibility and achieve deeper stretches. In this class, we will use the yoga wheel to stretch and release the muscles of the back, neck, and shoulders, as well as the deep hip flexors, creating space in your body and massaging the spine. ​Balancing challenges may be included in the class!
