Back Care Yoga involves a series of yoga postures and alignment techniques that strengthen back muscles to help attain proper posture, preventing and resolving back issues.

 

This class is specifically designed for office executives suffering from back problems from sitting for long periods of time or for those suffering from back pain and general spinal stiffness.
