I encourage my students to trust themselves and let them know Yoga is not just about stretching - pranayama, arm balances, and inversions will be included in the class and let them know strength and confidence could be built from Yoga.
I am a fun yet serious person when it comes to teaching. Not only do I love Yoga, but also outdoor activities such as hiking, wake surfing.
I am always exploring new techniques to enhance my practice and would like to share them with my students. I love teaching Yoga because Yoga means a lot - from our diet, behavior, mind and body.
I find Yoga is very interesting and there's a lot to explore and learn. I am always curious about how mudras or asanas benefit our bodies and change people’s life.
