Scarlett started practicing yoga in 2019 and soon realised that yoga is much more than building physical strength and flexibility. Working full-time in a busy corporate environment, Yoga helped her to find mental calmness and a deeper sense of self-awareness.
She started teaching yoga as she wants to share the benefits of yoga with people around her. Her teaching emphasizes a lot on fundamental alignment and finding the mind-body awareness during the practice. She hopes to see everyone leaving the class feeling more grounded and with a greater sense of self-appreciation.
