Set the tone of your day with Nina Park’s Rise & Glow Morning Yoga, specifically designed to gently awaken and recalibrate the alignment of the mind, body, and breath. Beginning with Yin poses and then moving toward a Yang practice, this is a mindfulness class in which your intention for the day is set through each pose. So rise to the occasion of your day... more alive, more awake, and more aware!
