Trained in traditional Hatha, Yin Yoga, creative Vinyasa, along with Chinese Meridian, Vicky incorporates both strength, mobility, and soulful method into her teaching, she actively seeks to share her practice and journey with all students, from athletes looking to stay limber whilst training, to people needing a release from a stressful workday and those craving a complete lifestyle shift.


She made it her mission to not just help others move and feel alive through mindfulness practice, but also empower people to become the best versions of themselves every day.
