This practice will be lit entirely by candlelight to help you focus inward, balancing your emotions, stilling your mind, and restoring your body. The Yin portion consists of long static holds to access Yin tissue – ie. fascia, tendons, and ligaments. The Yang portion is a more active practice working on the (Yang) muscles, building blood flow, strength, stamina, and flexibility. We need the combination of both Yin and Yang to keep the joints healthy, to come into balance, and to stay in optimum condition.
