SHOULDER & BACK CARE

In Shoulder & Back Care Yoga class, we will focus on releasing neck, shoulder and back tensions caused by daily stress or our fitness routines.

 

We will stretch and strengthen our muscles, allowing you to get rid of the chronic pain around the shoulder blades and in the back and neck.
