A strong believer that we need to go out of our comfort zone and go inside ourselves to grow, Sarah’s commitment is to help and empower others to outstand themselves.
After different health issues, Sarah decided to look more into the impact of the food and the movement on the body and the mind, she naturally decided to share her knowledge by helping people the best she can through yoga and nutrition after taking the 200 hours teacher training in India with Prem Krishna Ananda and the plant-based nutrition certification done with Dr. T Colin Campbell.
She is teaching hatha, vinyasa, aerial, detox, core yoga and partner yoga.
