POP Pilates® is an intense mat-based total body workout choreographed to your favorite Top 40 Hits. It challenges students to flow rhythmically from one exercise to the next, developing a solid core while leaving no muscle untouched. 

While POP Pilates® moves all originate from classical Pilates, the class design, relationship with music, sequencing, and reps, differ from reformer classes and traditional mat classes.


The emphasis on moving to the beat makes each class feel like a “dance on the mat”. Students get to train their strength, balance, flexibility, agility, coordination and cardio fitness in this 60-minute workout.
