A gentle version of Nina’s Signature GLOW FLOW class, which focuses on perfecting the basics - proper engagement of muscles and body alignment while flowing to a calming soundtrack. This practice promotes mindfulness by being more aware of linking breath to pose, building balance, and flexibility. Relieve all of your stresses, build self-confidence, and leave refreshed and relaxed!
