Elsie believes that yoga is the relationship that is built between the body, the mind, the soul, and the breath.


Being an active sports player who indulges in water sports and outdoor activities, she believes that yoga is complimentary to any other training programs, sports, or exercises.

Having been in the consulting and corporate world, Elsie finds yoga breathing and yoga asanas very helpful in relaxing muscles and reducing stress.

Elsie would love to bring everyone a peaceful mind in the busy city of Hong Kong.
