Anna has discovered Yoga when moving to Hong Kong a few years ago.
Working initially in the finance industry, she felt the need to take care of her physical and mental well-being. Yoga has immediately become her gateway and has now transformed her entire lifestyle.
She practices yoga dynamically with more or less intensity but always enjoys a good and relaxing feeling at the end of the class. When teaching, she loves to show the students how strength and flexibility or breath and movement can complement each other perfectly. Watching her students evolve from one class to another is her most precious reward.
Anna is a Yoga Alliance’s RYT®️ 200 certified teacher and soon to be a Mindful Birth - Pre & Post Natal certified teacher.
